Content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing and personalization. Personalization is an effective way for amazon to use this as a shopping tactic for customers. They recommend products and offer discounts. Social media has platforms such as facebook, twitter, tik tok and Instagram to announce promotions on these applications. SEO search engine optimization has techniques such as google, yahoo, safari and bring to improve its search engine rankings online. Amazon works with PR Public relations to strengthen the companies brand name by doing so they work with different brand images by donating to different charities They partner up and send gifts to poor and needy children. (Ashan Ali shaw 2023) Another thing that amazon does is sales promotions online such as “Deals of the Day” and “Lightning Deals”it encourages customers to make purchases by offering time-limited discounts. In addition, Amazon conducts seasonal sales like “Prime Day” and “Black Friday” that boost sales significantly. (Daniel Pereira 2019) How amazon works is that they target an audience and set KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for performance promotions Amazon is well known for its diversity of range of products and services and its promotions. How these promotions would affect these competitors and companies is that by reducing the cost of price and having sales on during summer breaks and black Friday deals. Amazon promote these products by getting to know the audience and customers and what their needs and wants are and then plan and get to know the marketing strategy and reassess brand identity and products and form a strong call to action. Amazon analysis outcomes and use KPI and by doing so they blog posts or engage in social media by blogging posts and using email tactics and closely monitoring Every aspect of sales. There is 4 effective ways that amazon promotes the product is by using marketing techniques such as advertising which include cost per click which Appear in shopping results and on product pages Feature products relevant to shopping queries and also sponsor displays and appear anywhere customers spend time. They also use video adds to promote this advertising for the promotion of amazon. They can also offers a discount which helps attract the right potentials on a budget and the audience they can click the link to find the sales going on. Amazon also promotes the product on apps like Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram By creating content for the apps and websites by using the right digital marketing strategy to reach audiences and target and use multiple channels by using video apps to attract the right audience. Amazon creates brand collaborations by speaking to the right candidate on how to promote the brand and get the correct audience they can also demonstrate on their channels. Amazon also hosts events by using experiential marketing so they so it’s a exiting way to connect and promote their brand awareness virtual events and pop up stalls and inviting influential influencers to promote for their well-known brand also Q&A panels, promoting hashtags, showing off fun packaging, offering free samples or discounts, or showcasing behind-the scenes content or demonstrations for the sales promotion of a new product.
